Building: A former school and historic Grade II Listed Building that has recently been converted into offices
Brief: Our client approached us to carry out a Building Survey on the Grade II Listed Building and to develop several potential design proposals to adapt the building to meet their requirements.
Project Summary
Walker Wood Surveyors carried out a full Building Survey on the Grade 2 Listed Building and provided a detailed report to the client to assist in any decisions regarding the leasing of the building, taking into account the nature of the services they provide along with the building’s Listed status and all other design requirements. Designs where then produced by Walker Wood for their proposed refurbishment.
