Prior to the commencement of a development, Walker Wood will carry out an assessment and prepare a report which highlights any potential risks to our client as a developer, investor, or as a financial institution. We assess risks such as any potential cost implications, the length or progression of the construction programme, the quality and extent of the specification of the works, and the competencies and experience of the design team. 

At the next stage of the Development Monitoring process, we monitor the course of construction, reporting again to our client on these areas and their progression. All this is done at agreed intervals in accordance with our client's instructions. Development Monitoring services can also include the approval of financial drawdowns.
